WDKI GmbH invests soundly, without experimentation, but with the greatest possible return prospects. By pooling our resources, we can do what was previously only possible for large investors and institutional investors. Through our investments, we pursue profit optimisation and our commitment to social housing projects – in every respect.

WDKI plans and develops real estate nationwide with a focus on the following projects: barrier-free, age-appropriate apartments for a steadily growing population group. In doing so, we not only create living space that is truly needed – we also open up investment opportunities with social added value.

Throughout his career, our managing director Dirk Scharschmidt has successfully implemented more than 700 residential units – for developers, operators, private buyers and tenants. This corresponds to a construction volume of over £100 million.
