Participation certificates are securities. They are a genuine business investment and grant the investor, as the holder of participation rights, a share in profits in the form of interest. West Deutsche Kapital Invest GmbH must have achieved an annual surplus before profits are shared out.

As such, West Deutsche Kapital Invest GmbH takes advantage of the exemption from the requirement to publish a securities prospectus pursuant to Article 1 (4) (b) of Regulation (EU) 2017/1129 of 14 June 2017. West Deutsche Kapital Invest GmbH’s securities offer is available to fewer than 150 natural or legal persons who are not qualified investors.
