BOND CAPITAL
Bonds or (partial) bearer bonds
Bonds are contracts under the law of obligations pursuant to sections 793 ff of the German Civil Code with a creditor’s right to claim (money against interest) and are used to finance companies. Bonds or (partial) bearer bonds are securities under capital market law. The significance of (partial) bearer bonds is that they offer the investor a fixed annual interest rate and a scheduled repayment date.
West Deutsche Kapital Invest GmbH offers investors the opportunity to invest in (partial) bearer bonds. As such, West Deutsche Kapital Invest GmbH takes advantage of the exemption from the requirement to publish a securities prospectus pursuant to Article 1 (4) (b) of Regulation (EU) 2017/1129 of 14 June 2017. West Deutsche Kapital Invest GmbH’s securities offer is available to fewer than 150 natural or legal persons who are not qualified investors.
All interested investors are advised, where necessary, to obtain professional third-party advice prior to subscription.
